Mean green? Uh, more like nice green! I am never this happy in the morning. Especially not before coffee. But you know what?! It turned out to be a pretty darn good day. If there is one thing I’ve learned in the past year it’s that you can’t take life too seriously. Sometimes you’ve just gotta laugh shit off.

On that note, I shall leave you with one of my favorite Coco quotes…

Hej vänner! Happy days because I am wearing my brand new Lotta from Stockholm clogs. I have been smitten with Swedish Hasbeens ever since spotting them in Urban Outfitters (how many obsessions begin) but despite the enticement of wood and leather, I could never bring myself to spend a lot on them. And them I chanced upon Lotta's. Dun-dun-dunnn love at first sight! Plus better for my somewhat small wallet. They have a little bit of that cool, glasses-wearing, latte-sipping girl in them. Lotta's are smart too- they're comfortable and versatile; plan on many outfits with them ahead. Thank you Sweden for your brilliant staples.

I've been a little crafty recently...but I didn't make this headband. Whoops. I totally could have. I did mend lots of skirts with holes and some blouses missing buttons, as well as cutting and hemming a stripey tee into a crop top. I went thrifting and found a romper that is cute and fits well! A first for me. Last night I attended a baseball game for my friend's [surprise] birthday party and pretended to be at cricket or something for the royal baby instead. Now off to go sailing-happy Wednesday!
